CREATING a ZEN SPACE FOR YOUR YOGA PRACTICE AT HOME

    1. Set mood with the right lighting

    Choose lights that make you feel good! I bought a special lamp with a vintage (golden and warm) light bulb that really sets the right mood for me.

    1. De-clutter

    De-clutter your space as much as possible, leaving only the items that will serve you during your practice (yoga mat, props, candles etc.). 

    1. Zen – smell

    I love burning dry sage, an incense stick or candles (vanilla-cinnamon being my favorite!). There are also plenty of essential oils and other magical products that might help you transform your living room into a top yoga studio! 

    1. Music

    If you are like me and you like practicing with music, prep a nice playlist for yourself. Choose your favorite tunes and create your own personalised yoga playlist! If you need any inspiration, check out my Spotify account: Martyna Borek Yoga for some absolute TUNES.
