Determined to help others through yoga, I started teaching in 2018. My mission as a teacher is to create a safe, non-judgemental, and light-hearted space, to allow my students to grow at their pace. My biggest goal is to empower people to develop their practice and feel confident on the mat. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with yoga at the forefront of this.

My approach in classes is based on finding a balance between modern science and the rooted traditions of yoga. By combining anatomically safe movement with the wisdom of ancient practice, I aim to make yoga accessible for all.

Private classes

I have a collaborative approach to private yoga classes, always seeking to create bespoke sessions based on my client’s needs.

Private classes are ideal if you want to take your practice deeper, learn correct alignment, or work on something specific. They are also useful if you have an injury or to prevent potential future injuries. If you’re interested in a private yoga session, contact me below.

GROUP classes

I run a variety of weekly group classes both in-studio and online. My schedule varies from basic foundation beginner’s classes to more advanced Rocket or Dynamic Vinyasa. I love helping practitioners discover their range of abilities.

CORPORATE classes

Many studies have shown how beneficial yoga can be to teams. It can improve work-based relationships, help staff manage stress, and improve overall efficiency. Let’s face it… nothing builds team spirit more than watching each other attempt tricky yoga poses during your lunch break!
